RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At Cocorrina, we take great care in designing, producing, and packaging our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following information regarding returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights.
General Return Policy
If your order is unused and in its original condition, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@cocorrina.com and include your order number.
Returned products must:
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, inserts, guidebooks, and accessories.
- Be free from damage, excessive wear, markings, alterations, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Products that are damaged, incomplete, heavily used, altered, written in, worn, washed, or otherwise unsellable may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage, particularly for higher-value orders.
Customers remain responsible for returned items until they are successfully delivered to us.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, courier fees, or similar charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at shop@cocorrina.com.
If a pre-order has already been shipped, the standard return and withdrawal conditions outlined in this policy will apply.
Orders containing both available and pre-order items are shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized & Custom Products
Products created according to customer specifications or clearly personalized for an individual customer cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Examples include:
- Monogram jewelry
- Engraved jewelry
- Custom-sized jewelry
- Personalized products made to customer specifications
- Custom commissions
Digital Products
Digital products, including ebooks, PDFs, wallpapers, digital guides, printable files, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable once access, delivery, or download has begun.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Minor imperfections, small packaging dents, or cosmetic marks that do not affect the functionality or usability of a product may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Refused Shipments
All shipments are sent with tracking.
If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, Cocorrina cannot be held responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges required by their country.
Orders refused by the customer, abandoned, left unclaimed, or destroyed by customs authorities or carriers due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to claim the shipment are not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:
- Use the withdrawal function available on our website; or
- Contact us directly at shop@cocorrina.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Returned products must be sent back in appropriate condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
The following products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law:
- Personalized products
- Products made according to customer specifications
- Monogrammed or engraved jewelry
- Custom commissions
- Digital products once access or download has begun
