Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. During launches, pre-orders, and holiday periods, response times may be longer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned products must be sent back in original condition. Personalized, custom-made, monogrammed, engraved, made-to-customer-specification products, and digital products once accessed or downloaded, are not eligible for withdrawal where permitted by law.
