With this year's 2023 calendars, I'm introducing you to the karma and foundations of the Tarot. The 22 major arcana archetype cards correspond to 22 energies, each with positive and negative karma. Karma is the fault and result, the law of the universe, and listening to your heart and soul makes you complete. Being positive, in touch with your self and listening to your instinct, you develop positive karma, while when you're at the opposite end, you lean towards negative karma. In our cosmic coding, our energies align with an Arcana card, and we can find our characteristics in both negative and positive karma. In its most basic form, to discover your energy, you start with your birth date.
To discover your tarot energy, look to the day you were born. From 1-21, you are looking straight into the corresponding major arcana card. As 22, you will find the Fool, and for anything above 22, you add the numbers together (25: 2+5 = 7)
5. The Hierophant - The Energy of Family
Positive: The energy of the Hierophant evolves around people who respect the law of the family, tradition, relationships, etc. people with the energy of the 5 live according to what is right and wrong. You love traditions, and the family is above everything. You feel complete when you spend time with your family and find joy in your home. You are a teacher and heart and have a way of sharing your knowledge effectively. You may be harsh with yourself sometimes, but you are always very proper, well-mannered, and always on time. You are good at heart.
You find development in science, logic, research, and comfort in your home. Your safety lies in stability.
Negative: In its negative form, the Hierophant judges quickly and makes quick conclusions. Avoid being too harsh on yourself and others and creating unreachable expectations. While time and schedule are essential to you, you need to invite spontaneity into your life to avoid putting too much pressure on others and yourself. Sometimes, the 5 energy clings too much to tradition and the past, resistant to change and development. Avoid being blindly stuck in the past, and work on creating a balance between the tradition that is so important to you and what is innovative. You may discover new effective ways.
